Our Mission

Our mission is to help adults, professionals, educators, entrepreneurs, and organizations explore artificial intelligence confidently, creatively, responsibly, and safely. We want participants to gain useful skills, but success means more than mastering a new tool.
 
Our greatest priority is for every person to leave class feeling respected, valued, included, and proud of what they accomplished. Learning should be enjoyable, encouraging, and shared with others, not intimidating or isolating. Elizabeth has only one rule. Have a good time!
 
Life is short, and we believe it should be filled with curiosity, wonder, learning, and a genuine sense of belonging. Elizabeth understands that trying something new can feel intimidating or stressful. Our Commitment
 
The Maryland AI Learning Library teaches responsible, human-centered AI use. Learners discover how to protect private information, verify AI-generated content, recognize scams and misleading media, and use AI transparently in personal, educational, and professional settings. We emphasize that AI can support creativity, research, and decision-making, but human judgment and accountability must always remain at the center.

Our courses are welcoming, accessible, and designed for people at every experience level. Our goal is to help people find out who they are and be that person on purpose.
